"In a double-blind placebo controlled trial, fennel applied as a vaginal cream for 8weeks improved vaginal cell quality, decreased parabasal cells and improved vaginal pH. The study concluded that topical fennel is an effective means to manage the symptoms of vaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women and is devoid of side effects (Yaralizadeh et al. 2016)."
Dose
Apply 1ml (20 drops) to skin as a conditioning agent twice daily or internally as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Nb. Each 1ml is equivalent 200ml (5%) fennel oil.
